Black Friday 2026 in Moldova falls on Friday, 27 November, and Cyber Monday on 30 November. Campaigns start earlier, though: by 31 October Ultra.md already had a Black Friday page promising discounts "of up to −70%". Our data from 17 stores shows that in October 1,016 prices went up and only 261 came down.

A fake discount is an inflated "old" price next to a "new" price that is no lower than usual. Checking is simple: compare the sale price with the lowest price of the last 30 days. Our data shows that in October 2026, across 17 stores in Moldova, 1,016 prices went up and only 261 came down.

PS5 price in Moldova: up 30% since August, where to buy
The PS5 Slim with a disc drive costs from 14,999 lei in Moldova, the PS5 Digital from 13,249 lei and the PS5 Pro 29,799 lei. Since 15 August the PS5 Slim's lowest price has risen 30.4% (from 11,499 lei) and the Digital's 26.8%. The PS5 now costs more here than Sony's price in Europe.

The 2026 memory crisis: why PCs and phones cost more
The 2026 memory crisis is already visible in Moldovan prices. Since July, consoles and accessories (PS5, steering wheels, gamepads) are up 22.9%, components (mainly graphics cards) 20.9%, laptops 11.5% and phones 6.1%. Mice and headphones got about 1% cheaper. Devices packed with DRAM and NAND memory are the ones going up.

Gaming mouse prices: same model, twice the price
The same gaming mouse can cost twice as much in Moldova depending on the store. The Razer DeathAdder Essential sells for 399 to 799 lei, the Logitech G102 for 445 to 811 lei and the Razer Basilisk V3 for 999 to 1,199 lei. We compared 36 gaming mice in 13 stores: the median gap is 26%.

MacBook Air M5 vs M4: Moldova prices and the difference
The MacBook Air 13 M4 16/512 GB costs from 20,990 lei, while the MacBook Air 13 M5 with the same memory starts at 27,499 lei: a gap of 6,509 lei, or 31%. Since July the M5 has risen 14.6% and M4 prices have not changed. For study and office work the M4 is the better deal.

RTX 50 graphics card prices in Moldova: +22% since July
RTX 50 graphics cards in Moldova are 22% more expensive than on 15 July, the median across 235 offers. Budget models rose most: the RTX 5060 by 33% and the RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB by 33%. As a result, the ASUS RTX 5060 Ti Dual OC 16 GB (from 20,787 lei) is now just 501 lei below the cheapest RTX 5070. The exception is the Dual EVO OC version at 15,849 lei.

Best phone under 5,000 lei in 2026 and where to buy it
The best phone under 5,000 lei right now is the Redmi Note 15 4G 6/128 GB from 3,979 lei, or the Redmi 15C 8/256 GB from 3,238 lei if storage matters. But budget phones are up 8.6% at the median since July, more than the market as a whole (+6.1%). We compared 116 models.

AirPods prices in Moldova: AirPods 4 ANC down 10%
In October the AirPods 4 with active noise cancellation (ANC) fell 10% at the median, from 3,999 to 3,597 lei, and you can now find them from 3,099 lei. AirPods Pro are trickier: in three stores the old Pro 2 costs 6,489–6,715 lei, more than the new AirPods Pro 3 (from 5,209 lei).
